MEDITATIONS

REPROGRAMMING MEDITATION

In chapter 14, we explored how you can change your thinking patterns and beliefs to ones that are more positive and helpful. This meditation will help you access your subconscious mind and uncover the patterns and feedback loops that have been playing over and over in your life. It will help you remove the charge from the original event that caused you to develop a negative belief that has been impacting your life and change it to something more positive.

The goal of this meditation is to help you free yourself of the hold that your past has over you and to help you develop self-compassion and awareness of your true self. When negative beliefs are reprogrammed, we can start to act from those new beliefs, which will lead us to much better people, places and experiences.  

FORGIVENESS MEDITATION

In chapter 21, we explored leaving the past behind and letting go of the things weighing us down. This meditation is designed to be listened to after you have meditated upon and written out the bad things that have happened in your life that you are ready to let go of.

The goal of this meditation is to release the emotional charge that people, events and experiences have over you, to see that they aren’t who you are and that they don’t define who you are. We get to define who we are, and we are not the things that have happened to us, but who we have decided to become.
